We are a group of professionals having a total industry experience of over 100 years.

The company was promoted by Mr. Amit Mathur who holds an engineering degree from IIT BHU and passed out in the year 1990.

He started his career with Maruti as an intern in the vendor development department and helped indigenize the EXHAUST MANIFOLD for Maruti 800 .

He had a few job offers from campus where he decided to join Either Goodearth Limited. He worked with the Eicher Tractor at Alwar which was the Engine assembly plant.

He had a turning point in his career when he took up the responsibility of setting up a JV company between Haldex Of Sweden and Anand Group of India in the year 1996. He was involved in the project right from incorporation of company, acquisition of a ready factory, getting licenses for concessional duty for import of capital Goods ( EPCG ), importing, setting up the manufacturing facility in Nashik.

He has experience in operations, Sourcing, marketing, sales and service.

In his last full time assignment, he worked with Kinetic Group as Executive Director and a Board member of Jayahind Sciaky Limited.

He has been helping MSME sector for the last 10 years with Sales, Marketing, service and strategy as core area.

Our Team

Gokul Naik

Gokul is a seasoned chartered accountant with over 35 years of industry experience . His credentials include turning around a sheet mental component producing company from being bankrupt to a 50 Cr plus cash generating entity.

He has worked as CFO with a few Public Limited Listed Companies in India. Gokul specializes in financial restructuring , bringing financial discipline , raising required funds for expansions and modernization activities.

He has been a great negotiator for sourcing of input materials and pricing with the customers .

Philips, Garware, Borg Warner, Autoline are some of the companies he has worked for.

Vivek Bhosale

Vivek is a double diploma holder in Automobile engineering and Industrial electronics engineering. Vivek has over 27 years of industry experience.

He has been instrumental setting up a auto component manufacturing plant in India which had all used machinery from USA.
He was involved in indigenizing tooling for the plant along with process engineering and making the plant operational.
He has worked with tooling manufacturers, Capital Goods manufacturers , electronics industry , fasteners industry etc.
Vivek has undertaken a few projects set up assignments for manufacturing industry .
He was involved in non-engineering sectors also like Travel and Tourism & Stock market for a while.

Birju Gundi

Birju is an electrical engineer by training from Pune University and has worked mostly in the Capital Goods industry like residential lifts, Power generators, Welding machines, solar power solutions to name a few.

Birju has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and services for capital goods . He has to his credit revamping of services and spare part team and achieving new heights for spare part and AMC revenue that helped companies achieve top and bottom line targets.
