After establishing the supply chain for components with impeccable record , we offered them sub assemblies which helped them reduce their coast and the Indian company went up in the value chain.
We helped them get a warehousing facility with assembly set up , the lease was signed on the usage basis with flexibility to expand or shrink the operations. We hired a team and set up a delivery system for their assemblies. The warehousing ERP system was integrated with the logistics company and our Indian Headquarter for monitoring purposes.
This helped the client grew their exports as all components required for the assemblies were manufactured in India and shipped to the US entity.
